Process

  1. Online application submitted.

  2. Received an email the next business day to set up a phone interview. This email included information to complete an online personality test and set up a time for a skills assessment.

  3. Set up phone interview for two days later.

  4. Phone interview: This consisted of going over your resume and any projects you have done. It was a good chance to ask any questions that you have about the company and the position.

  5. Took skills assessment the next day online (someone watches you through your webcam - very weird!).

  6. Received an email two days later saying that they received your skills assessment and were reviewing it along with your application. They stated they would contact you within one to two weeks.

  7. Email received three days later inviting you for an interview.

  8. Interview set up for later that week.

  9. Went to on-site interview, which lasted about four hours. It consisted of a software demonstration, Q&A session, tour, case study (easy), lunch, and interview with HR.

  10. Offered a job a few days later and graciously accepted!
