The interview process was fairly straightforward.

I met with someone who was currently in the role, and they described what working at Epic was like and what the job entailed.

I didn't end up answering that many questions, besides the classic "tell me a little about yourself," which came after my interviewer introduced themselves a little, so it alleviated some of the pressure.

I didn't end up passing the skills assessment test because I'm not too well-versed in programming, so it definitely helps to have a little knowledge/experience in that field, but not too much is needed.
