I applied online and got an invite for a phone interview that same day. I also got invited for the assessment right away.

Did the phone interview on a Friday, and did the assessment that Sunday. The assessment was a little over two hours and it wasn’t too bad; it was mostly weighing your ability to think critically and follow directions.

The next day, I was invited to the final interview, which was virtual because of COVID. They were also considering me for EUT, so I did a 10-minute presentation during my interview, which was probably the part I prepped most for. The rest was pretty standard; the case study wasn’t difficult. I feel like it’s there more to weigh what your capabilities are, and you can’t really fail it if you put in effort.

The rest of the virtual interview was just telling me about the job (if you’re invited to the final interview, you’re very likely to get the offer). I got an offer two weeks later, and it only took that long because they wanted to speak with one of my former supervisors who they had difficulty reaching.

The whole process took about four weeks, which was great! They were always super responsive and kind. I actually really enjoyed the interview process. I thought it was applicable to the job I applied for, and I truly felt like they were considering me for my skills and experiences.
