Process
Epic has "interview days" which last upwards of three hours.
While most of this time is spent listening to presentations about the company and job role, there is also a 30-minute case study where you have to look at a piece of software and find problems with it.
In addition, you're also required to give a 10-minute presentation.
The interview itself was the last thing and only lasted about 15 minutes.
