Process

The phone interview was decent. It was about knowing who you are and what you can expect. Details were shared regarding your motivation, willingness, and adaptability.

The skill test has two sections:

  • Skill Test to Adapt: Easy to moderate. This is a pen and paper test, 30 minutes max. It included questions on logic, like the SAT, and aptitude.

  • Programming Test: 5 programs, 2-hour limit. Pseudo code is allowed.

    • Difficulty: Moderate to tough to very tough.
    • Format: Paper and pencil.
    • Most problems are based on programs or functions for mobile devices.

Overall Experience:

Lengthy but very satisfactory. The HR and testing team were very diligent and great on coordination.

Skill Test: Difficult on paper and pencil. I would not recommend someone who has not brushed up their concepts to attempt this interview. These people are looking for core product customized development.
