I applied online and did the personality test. Then, I got an email after a week to schedule a phone interview. It was basically a software developer going through my resume. A week after that, I got another email requesting my credentials and transcripts. I am a software engineer in my undergrad and now almost done with my Engineering Management Masters degree with a 3.8 GPA. Lately, I got an email from Epic informing me that they've decided to move forward with other candidates. They could've told me earlier; it didn't have to take five weeks!
