Software Developer Interview Experience - Canada

Process

I first had a phone screen where I talked about my experience and projects, and could ask questions about the company. After that was an online technical interview with a third-party company specializing in this. I was tested on speed, basic math, technical learning, and programming. The whole process is very impersonal, and it seems as if all the parts are completely disconnected and automated. The person who first emailed me, the person doing the phone screen, and all the people involved in the technical interview knew nothing of me or why I was being interviewed. I haven't received a reply yet, but I'm partial to accepting any offer if given.

Questions

You are given a square grid labelled (0, 0) to (n, n), and a robot at (0, 0). You want to get the robot to (n, n), and you know there may be obstacles on the grid. You can check whether any grid tile is an obstacle or not. How do you do it?
