Got a phone interview scheduled. The phone interview was 30 minutes, asking about your resume, background, and status.

If they like you, you will get a skill assessment test. It is a very important step. You can find sample questions online. You need about a week to get a good score on that test.

The skill assessment for me had two parts:

• Learning a new language.
• Four programming questions. You need to know the language as well as the algorithm.

If you do well on the skill assessment, you will get a site interview to meet them in person at Wisconsin.

I am still waiting for the result.
