The first interview was a test with three parts: learning a new language, a speed test, and four LeetCode easy/medium coding questions. Then, the final round had four interviews, including behavioral and project-based. Overall, it was a great experience but draining.

Pros: As a pretty large Midwestern tech company, they strive to be fun and laid back like the big companies out West. They do a pretty nice job of it, with the added benefit of many Midwesterners working there, which makes for an incredibly friendly, personable workforce.

Cons: As an intern, I felt a little bit lost in the rough. It is a huge company, and they have a pretty good leadership and mentorship structure. However, Team Leads were very busy with full-time workers and didn't seem entirely invested in the intern projects, even if they were happy to help out.

Pros: Working with smart people, the internship program offers meaningful work that is shown off to customers. Everyone is friendly. I even interacted with the CEO, who was very humble and pleasant, thanking interns for helping with something. Very good pay; generous offers were made to interns. Strong and pleasant corporate culture. The campus is basically a local art museum.

Cons: No real downsides for interns. Sometimes the full-time employees do complain about work/life balance, but we didn't really experience that as interns.
