I applied through Ripple Match and was prompted for a phone interview, which I scheduled about 10 days later.

I was then given the opportunity to do an online assessment that involved coding questions, vocab questions, and math questions, problems similar to what is seen in a GRE exam.

I was then told about 2 weeks later that I would not be given an offer.

Overall, a nice experience.
