30-minute phone interview with a software developer. Mostly telling me about the work environment and organization, with an opportunity to ask questions. Asked me to describe a recent relevant project and some of the challenges involved.

Prior to the interview, I completed a Rembrandt Profile and a four-part online assessment (timed math, untimed math/riddle section, unfamiliar language learning, algo/programming problems). You cannot test-run code in the OA.

Pros: High salary. Foods are very nice. Campuses are very nice too.

Cons: Forced to come to the office, sometimes through extreme snowstorms. Very old coding languages. Have to work half of the national holidays. Vacations are very limited as well.

Good place to start.
