First phone screen with a technical interview the same week, and three weeks later I got an on-site interview.

Phone screen went smoothly, though I thought the person was more awkward than me.

Technical interview had a speed test, a logic test, and four coding problems. The first two were pretty easy, but the last two were more difficult.
