I met a couple of Epic recruiters at my university's career fair and gave them my information. A couple weeks later, I received an invitation to take their online assessments (there were 2). A developer reached out to me to gauge my interest and answer my questions. Another week later, a recruiter invited me out to the Epic campus.

I had a great experience visiting Epic. They coordinated everything well and took care of all of my expenses. Interviews take a whole day because, on top of having multiple interviews, they take you around their campus and have you talk with many employees. There are three interviews:

• Technical
• Case
• Behavioral

The technical interview was slightly challenging but nothing overly difficult, similar to what you would expect from typical Fortune 500 companies. Case and behavioral interviews were standard.

My recruiter called me a week or two later to tell me I got the job.
