Process
First met at a school career fair, then an online two-hour test, then a phone chat, and finally an onsite interview. The whole procedure was professional and smooth. The staff were very kind and helpful. The on-site was nice. The EPIC campus was pretty impressive. The decision came quickly, and they allowed me extra long time to consider, during which one of their employees called me, giving more details of the job. Overall, a very nice experience.
I didn't accept the offer mainly for the cold weather in WI.
