Process
The first round was a telephonic interview. It was more of a casual talk, and I was asked a little information on my preferred job type and previous work experience.
I got an email stating I had a next-level entry skill test to be taken in a nearby location. It consisted of proprietary software-related multiple-choice questions, followed by four programming questions. I was then informed that I had failed it.
Questions
One of the programming questions in the skill assessment test was quite tough and took so much time to write a solution for it.

Pros: I've genuinely enjoyed a lot of the work that I've done in the past year working for Epic.
Cons: Upper management has decided to require employees (even those with serious medical conditions) to return to campus during the COVID pandemic, despite frequent vocal pushback against these policies from their employees. If you are searching for a job that treats you like a human being, keep looking!

Pros: Lots of freedom. Generally speaking, you can change teams whenever you get bored. You can even change job roles entirely if you can meet the requirements.
Benefits are, generally speaking, really good. Base vacation is a bit low but offset with a sabbatical program available every 5 years.
Fun work for the most part. Most of the company is dedicated to transitioning to the web (as of 2018), so you may need to know or at least read VB6. However, for how big the company is, they do well at utilizing new technology.
Cons: Expectations are often times far too high. The average work week is expected to be around 50 hours (though you can talk this down, but you must be willing to do so).
Projects tend to have arbitrary deadlines. If the project manager is not tech-savvy or does not know the domain, hour estimates are widely off. But if they are too low, deadlines set on those timeframes are still expected to be met.
