Process

First, I needed to schedule a phone interview. Once the phone interview was scheduled, I needed to schedule a skill assessment.

The phone interview lasted around 30 minutes. The interviewer, Jared, was very nice. He first asked me about myself and then why I want to work at Epic. After that, he spent about 10 minutes talking about Epic, which was interesting.

The skill assessment test was disgustingly long. I suggest you do not drink much water, as you cannot use the bathroom during the sessions.
