Process
4-hour long proctored coding challenge consisting of mental math, math, "learning", and coding questions, as well as a phone interview. I received no indication of how long the coding challenge would be before taking it and had to reschedule my phone interview as a result.
The coding challenge was extremely unpleasant and unnecessary (you don't even get to use an IDE for coding, so hopefully you just write perfect code on the first try! you don't even get to run it or test it at all!).
At least the phone interview was fairly standard.
