Applied online and got a response within the day. They asked to schedule a phone interview and an online assessment.
The phone interview was mostly an info session and I was asked a few questions about a project on my resume, nothing too serious.
The online assessment was 3 hours long. I did not prep at all for the technical questions, as I should have, but they seemed like questions that would not have stumped anyone as long as they prepped thoroughly.
