The phone interview and an OA.

The phone talk was quite easy. Basic programming problems shall be asked to solve, but writing code was not needed. Then a brief introduction of the company, and you can ask them questions about this position.

The OA part is more difficult, and it may take 3-5 hours to complete. The questions cover IQ tests and programming skills.

A basic algorithm problem. Not hard, but would be required to optimize its performance.
