Process

After applying online, I was contacted by Human Resources to set up a phone screen interview with a lead engineer. It was a casual conversation, talking about my experience with programming and what projects I worked on previously.

After being successful with the phone screen, I worked with HR to schedule a technical evaluation. The evaluation was done on my computer while being monitored via webcam. It consists of four sections and is around 3-4 hours long.
