Software Developer Interview Experience - United States
Process
The interview process was very quick.
There was a long, proctored online assessment. It had 3 parts:
- Speed
- Learning a language
- 4 LeetCode problems
A phone interview with a dev followed, where you walk through your resume.
If you pass the first 2 parts, you get a final interview. (I did mine over Webex due to COVID; otherwise, they would have flown me out to their campus.)
The final interview begins with an overview of the company, then a talk with a software dev, a case study with a software dev, and finally, discussing logistics and questions with HR/recruiter.
