I applied online through the website and received a mail reply sometime later (not sure about the time in between, but they call almost everyone who applies) to take an online test (ProctorU) and for a phone call interview.

I took the call first and got a reply in two days that I could go ahead for the next step. I took the online test, questions which were repeated and could be looked up online. After a week or so, I got a reply saying I did not clear the online test.

In the interview, the interviewer asked about the n-queens problem and ways to solve it, logically. He did not ask about code.
