There's a simple interview process with a phone interview, a technical exam, and finally an onsite interview.

The phone interview isn't really technical; it's just a test to see if you're a functional human being.

The technical exam is rather on the long side (unlimited time / 2-3 hours).

They ask you a bunch of MC questions on a programming language they make up, followed by 4 programming questions.
