I submitted my resume via online application and received an email shortly afterwards to set up a phone interview. I also received another email about the technical assessment.

The call was with a software developer, but it was pretty basic and seemed to be trying to gauge general fit or provide an opportunity to ask questions.

I took the technical assessment the following day, and it was much more difficult than anticipated, especially the programming portion.
