Process

  1. Submitted application with transcript.
  2. Got response in 2 days.
  3. Phone Interview (Mostly behavioral questions and discussion about past work in resume).
  4. Must schedule online assessment in 3 business days.
  5. They emailed what date would be best to take the exam. So, I scheduled the exam on that day.
  6. The exam had four sections: a. 10 short questions that must be done in 2 minutes. b. Maths. c. 4 programming questions. d. A new programming language to learn and solve follow-up questions. This exam takes around 2 to 3 hours. Faster is better for epic.

I think if you have good grades, then they will surely take you to the interview process. The online assessment is very demanding and is the only factor that tests your ability. So, before applying, you can prepare all questions from Careercup as after application, we don't get enough time to prepare.

Though in the phone interview, they say the online assessment is just to test coding skills on arrays and strings, and they won't test tough algorithms, we should focus on the best solution/algorithm to solve coding problems. Try to solve all problems in optimal running time O(N) or less. That is all they test for quality.
