Phone Interview 3 hours test On campus interview

Applied at career fair on campus.

Phone interview was about 5 days later. Tests were about 10 days later. The process was very quick. The phone interview was with a developer and was mostly behavioral. Be very frank with the developer and don't try to make something up to solve a question. Just tell them you don't know. The 3-hour test comprised logical questions, a personality test, and programming questions, etc.
