Software Developer Interview Experience - United States
Process
There will be one round of phone interviews, one round of technical and personality online assessments, and one round of the final virtual on-site. A web camera is required for the online assessment. The virtual on-site lasts about 4 hours, with 2 parts introducing Epic, 1 part of a case study, and 1 part of an HR interview. The case study is more like an OOP design interview.
