I submitted my resume at a career fair and was contacted about doing a phone interview a week later. The phone interview consisted of a list of prepared questions about things like GPA, ACT/SAT test scores, expected graduation, and then questions about my resume. There weren't really any difficult "interview" style questions like asking for my strengths/weaknesses; it was pretty straightforward.
