Initially applied through uni's career services page. Contacted a few days later by HR who set up an initial phone interview.

Interviewers' questions were fairly specific, and I thought I did really poorly. I was surprised to be contacted a few days later with an offer to fly out for an onsite interview.

Interview lasted the entire day, including a lengthy test. Apparently, some people take the test with a proctor prior to flying out.

My one complaint is that they couldn't really tell me what team/project I would be assigned to if I were to be hired. I could've done with much more information regarding that and less regarding their (admittedly impressive) campus.
