Didn't get very far, but it started with an email to me through my school job search site. Afterwards, a phone interview and later a technical assessment. Everyone I spoke to was very nice, but you can tell they go through a lot of applicants and have very practiced or rewritten responses. The technical assessment isn't all that hard, and it took 10 days after the assessment for them to tell me they were moving forward with other applicants.
The best advice I can give is to look at every posted interview here and actually code the answers. Then do it again.
