Fit In Or Else
Software Developer • Former Employee
Verona, Wisconsin, United States

Pros: If you fit, you fit. Otherwise, it's a matter of time.
Cons: On-site mandated hours: If you're not on campus, you get a spanking (talking to).

Decent job, a lot of work
Software Developer • Current Employee
Verona, Wisconsin, United States
December 20, 2023
Pros: High pay for the area, great benefits, and great coworkers.
Cons: They work folks hard, and you have several crunch times throughout the year where you are doing 10-15 more hours per week for a few weeks.
I'm fine with it, and I enjoy the crunch a bit, but you need to learn to say no if you don't want to be overloaded with work.
