Process
The first stage was a simple 30-minute phone interview with one of the developers at the WI office. He asked general questions regarding the material in my resume and a few standard HR questions.
The next step was a technical coding assessment online that happened a week later. It had the usual questions regarding algorithms and data structures. Expect to write code that you cannot compile.
