Applied online and was contacted a few days later to set up a 30-minute phone screening. The person on the phone was very friendly and spoke for a few minutes about what he did, and then asked me for questions. After I asked a few questions, he confirmed details on the resume and then asked about a project I had done. After this screening, I had to take the 2-hour knowledge test. The 20 questions about the new programming language were extremely easy, and there were 4 coding questions (harder, but only 1 tricky one). I thought it went well, but got an email 2 weeks later saying they wanted to proceed with other candidates.
