Applied online and received an email a few days later to take a personality test, which basically consisted of behavioral questions. Immediately following that, a phone interview was set up. The phone interview was with a Software Developer at the company. The interview atmosphere was relaxed. I was informed about the kind of work happening and the technologies, etc. Then a basic walkthrough of my resume was conducted, which was followed by questions like, "Where do you see yourself in 5 years?" Overall, it was not very technical. However, I was informed after about 10 days that they would not be continuing with me.
