First, an easy half-hour HR phone screen where a member of a software team asks you questions about your resume and interpersonal skills. This is a standard HR screen that's pretty relaxed.
Next, you'll face a very long online test through ProctorU (someone watches you on webcam and monitors your screen while you take it), as well as a personality test. This step was very long—ProctorU and the personality test took me about 4.5 hours—and was very thorough. It tests your coding ability, as well as your ability to think quickly and learn/absorb information. You cannot compile the code you write or use references/documentation about your language online.
