I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks.
Applied online, got an OA a bit later, it had a math portion, a speed portion, and a programming portion. Then came a virtual interview that was 4 hours long. Half of it was just info about the company; then I had interviews with about 4 different people.
- One was a current software dev to go through my resume
- Another dev to do some technical problems (I did not finish them)
- A chat with a previous intern about their experience
- A short chat with your recruiter where they get some basic information about start date, aspirations, etc.
