After one week of submitting the resume, they asked me to do some personality tests. About one week later, they set up a phone interview. After the phone interview, they asked me to take some skill tests locally. It involved learning a new programming language and answering four programming questions. The first part was multiple-choice and relatively easy, but the programming questions were hard.
