Process

Phone interview first, then a technical assessment. Ask about projects, interests, and introduce the company.

The technical assessment is a horrible experience. It uses a third-party website, and a proctor physically sits on the other end, using your webcam to monitor you. They also remotely control your laptop to see any open applications and close them—so insulting!

They also let you hold up your laptop to check your surroundings and make you move almost everything within a 5-6 ft radius, even some of my furniture.

The test itself is long. There are four parts; the first three parts are short, and the fourth is programming. There are four questions with unlimited time. It took hours to complete the programming section.
