8.3 Received an email from HR to schedule a phone interview and an online skills assessment.
8.4 Had the phone interview. It lasted around 40 minutes and included a couple of non-technical questions. The interviewer was friendly.
8.4 On the same day, I took the online skills assessment. The first part was 10 math questions that needed to be finished under 2 minutes. Then I was given a made-up language and 20 questions about it. Lastly, I had to complete 4 coding problems. The problems were on the easy side if you have been practicing. The only downside is that you cannot test your code.
