Got a link from the recruiter and took a skill and intelligence test at a local Pearson test center.

After 4 weeks, I went to Madison for an onsite interview.

The onsite interview was mostly a tour, showing the working environment and briefly introducing their products.

The only interview part was a talk with HR, and it was all about nonsense HR questions, like "use five words to describe yourself," etc.

I did not prepare for this kind of questions, so the talk with HR was disastrous. I did not get an offer.
