They took my wife and me out to dinner and let us riddle them with questions. The following day, we had a few 1:1 interviews as well as group meetings with people who did what we were applying to do. They showed us their product. Then, they had me give a presentation on a project I'd done. I took a few written skills tests, as well as a timed test to see how many questions I could answer in two minutes.
