I submitted the application and they contacted me the next day. I got an email to set up a phone interview and take a personality test. The last part was an online assessment that was monitored by a proctor online. You are not allowed to use an IDE or open any other windows. If I had passed the assessment, they would fly you out for a 1 on 1.

During the phone interview, I was asked questions about previous projects. It was given by a software engineer, and he wanted to know what the project was for and how it worked.

The assessment had four questions on it. One was rotating characters in a string.
