Like everybody said, a phone interview and a skill set test. But I did not have much time to prepare for the skill set test because I had to schedule the test before the phone interview. The phone interview was not even 30 minutes; it was about 18 minutes or so. The beginning of the skill test was so fast that I could not even get a chance to answer all the questions.
