Initial interview was 2 parts:
- One 30 minute phone call which was behavioral and about prior work experience.
- Second part was a 3 hour online assessment which asked you math and coding questions.
Questions
There was a lot, but they asked about my previous software experience, and also quite a few math questions and coding questions.

Pros: The pay is good, and benefits are not bad. Work-life balance is manageable. The company is doing well.
Lunch is not free, but it is better than eating out. You have your own small office.
Cons: Not good for professional development. The developing tools are not mainstream and outdated.
Long winter.

Pros: Great company. The company buildings are phenomenally designed. The work you do as an intern rolls out with the next line of software.
Cons: It's in Madison, Wisconsin. If you're looking for a large East/West Coast place, this is not it.
