Code screening -> call with engineer -> on site. The code screening is easy enough. Problems aren't timed, and there's not really a much better way to do things than a surface-level DP or, in some cases, just brute string translation. The phone interview was with a developer who really only asked about a past project. Then the on-site was also easy. Most of the day was touring, then two interviews. One described a project; one was the case study.
