Pros: Amazing compensation coming out of college.
Learn a lot about working with teams.
Cons: Some of the development is strange/very different. Resources are sometimes limited when trying to learn. It can get pretty stressful. Generally, work weeks are 45 hours, though some teams demand a bit more. There are no ladders to climb.

A fair amount of project ownership.
Cons: Toxic culture created by upper management, including gaslighting and ignoring feedback.
Salary roles are pressured to work 50-60 hours a week and track their time (down to 15-minute increments), despite only being paid for 40.
