I filled out the awful online application, which was hard to navigate. They had come to my school to recruit and contacted me before that. I then waited to hear back and eventually got a phone call from a guy who did not seem like he really enjoyed being on the phone. I was directed to the test they make you take. I took it, and you have to turn in all sorts of things. There was an online proctor, and then I got an additional phone call and interview. I then got an email, and they said I did not pass.
