Initial contact was at a University Career Fair. I did an initial interview at the fair, then a personality test a week later. A phone interview followed about one week later, and then a written skills test about one month later.

Pros: Amazing pay, amazing campus, amazing cheap, delicious, healthy food. Everyone is razor-sharp smart. You'll get good experience, and it will look very good on a resume.
Cons: You will be worked to death. I think their main thing is getting people right out of college so they have no idea of what it is like to work at a company that gives a crap about work-life balance. Of course, as an SD, you can't expect much there, but Epic absolutely doesn't care about work-life balance, then pays you to keep you shackled.
Turnover this high isn't normal.

Pros: If you are a good fit, then you will be incredibly happy and successful at Epic. Their training, internal opportunities, and amenities are world-class. They have a geek-friendly (even geek-centric) culture.
Cons: If you aren't a good fit (and many are not), then you will be out in the cold with a stale resume, worthless "nice-to-have" skills, and a 1-year non-compete that will mean you have to start over at square one.
