Next, the recruiter helped me set up a phone interview with one of their engineers to have an informal conversation about introducing the job requirements and answering my questions.

Next, I was asked to schedule an Epic Assessment Test. The total amount of time given for scheduling exceeds the actual amount of time you will likely need to complete the assessment.
