First, they will conduct a phone interview, which will be normal. No technical questions will be asked. It is a 1-hour interview, likely with a developer, to see how you fit into their organization. After that, they will ask you to take an assessment test. This test is conducted online and is approximately 3 hours long. It includes logical and some mathematical questions. It is basically done to understand how you think and what your thought process is. One part of the assessment is timed; the rest are not.

If applying for a developer role, you will also get 4 programming questions, which you can answer in any language. The questions are somewhat tricky, and you will need a good understanding of programming concepts to get through them.

If you clear this round, they will call you for an onsite interview at their HQ. This is when you will be able to get a good look at the company's workplace and their day-to-day life and environment. If you clear this round, you will likely receive an offer.
